seems long since i last updated my blog
its only 5 days actually
anyway,
shall update u guys abit of my events this few days

had CRE n MNT quizzes this past tuesday
MNT is manageable,
while CRE can be summed up by one word:
careless
shall be more careful next time round

went for fitness program today,
felt like we've been scammed to attend
everyone was saying
"wah go there play game etc"
in the end,
ran 2.4km, do push-ups, pull-ups...
couldn't really run well for my 2.4
it was atrocious
i think i lost quite alot of my stamina
must train soon =)
luckily we played handball after training
can say tat i did well in the keeper position,
didn't even let in a single goal
n also did quite a number of saves,
including a world-class save using my chest.
lol (self-praise abit)

n it will be my big day this coming monday
