congrats to me!
for getting napfa silver
honestly speaking,
this is the most tiring napfa i've ever taken
those taken during sec sch,
is nth compared to this
overall 23 pts

sit-ups - 42
sit & reach - 47cm
chin ups - 5 (shld be 7 due to some errors)
standing board jump - 265cm (6 more cm to break the record)
shuttle run - 9.5 sec (0.8 sec more to break record)
2.4km - 11min 57 sec (my worst timing ever =,=)

luckily overall get silver
now my name will be showed during lecture,
when mark tan flash the list of ppl who've taken napfa!
lol
ok i shouldn't think too much
